Been feeling uber crap after losing my dog (some of us love them!) & then my front tooth in a very unspooky failed dental implant procedure. Not the best news for a sign language interpreter- I defo need my front tooth!
Then the vibe mail arrives!!! Must drag myself out of bed! Running might be difficult- same creaky hips after not exercising for a couple of weeks but driving to a north Wales beach on the Llyn for a saaad walk is definitely possible 😊
The HDYC podcast is the perfect self help spiritual medicine - Diolch o galon/heartfelt thanks 🙏 I’ll listen on the way! I’ve loved every one of them!! Meatloaf & Justin Hawkins & Sophie’s amazing positivity! X
BDCOTM has also helped my sad head too 😊 & then obviously we all have our brave little soldiers (Bois Bach) twice a week! You guys have been the soundtrack to my life for years now & I love your work dearly.
See you in Llandudno (front row) where I’m presuming I’ll be alone if ticket sales don’t increase 🤣🤣 (I’ll just Cymru Connect with Elis if it’s that bad!)
Thanks again for all your work on this show! It’s an extendable, back of the net dealbreaker! I’ll leave a review asap to ensure you get a second series!
I’m replying to myself! This was an incredible interview as you said. I didn’t really know much about it before. Thank you for holding the space for Amanda Knox.
What a life journey she’s been on. Again, & as you said yourself, I needed to hear a lot of that myself. Left feeling very sorry for myself and came back feeling grateful… Even for the suffering…it really was a great interview. You really are an incredible interviewer…. Diolch o galon/heartfelt thanks to you both ❤️✌️
Now THAT is a review! I can’t promise the same quality but I’ll make sure I do what’s necessary to get you into all the algorithms. I hope you can now experience a sense for yourself of what we feel whenever you open your mouth/put finger to keyboard - ie. that you have worth and that you make a difference to thousands of people’s lives. I don’t have a formal gratitude list but I do bear the concept in mind most days, and there’s a couple of constants on it, namely you and The Beans. Thank you. I love that the reviewer said Amanda Knox should be grateful for you having been her interviewer - that’s big. That feels significant. Be proud of yourself and your work, John - it’s good stuff.
John, the Interview with Amanda Knox was remarkable. I had tears running down my cheeks for a good portion of it. She was so eloquent and you asked such great questions. Such an important episode. Very, very well done.
I loved this episode John, but have to say your interview with Matt Forde was also absolutely brilliant! Two top guys making each other, and the rest of us, laugh and feel better about the world.
So thrilled you go this amazing review John and it's well deserved. You're an inspiration to so many including me! Keep up being the amazing, funny, honest, laid bare you.
I am not a natural Telegraph reader as I don't share their politics (more of a Guardian type or the "i" and late lamented Independent) but for some reason I got their discounted 3-month trial subscription (not for the first time), probably to read a review or interview! Anyway I am happy to support them this time as they are rightly supporting JJR and the podcast with their review.
Some mornings are just rubbish....and then, John sends a vibemail ✨️
Thankyou for the VIBES John.

What an incredible review. I look forward to listening.
Loving your work as always. The How Do I Cope's have been very nicely done, and your Where There's A Will was great fun.
Look forward to see you all in Norwich in September.

Blow that trumpet and bang that drum, man! Well done John x

so infinitely proud
Well done John. I’ll listen later. They’ve all been really good and all helpful in their own way.
Listened to the podcast on the commute to work! Absolutely unbelievably amazing!
Another fantastic episode of How Do You Cope? A well deserved great review.
Wasn’t quite so sunny ‘up north’ with the Vit B & D is always a challenge!
Loving how do you cope, I’m definitely going to get out in the sun for a walk today.
