That eloquently written review has wetted my appetite for Howl even more. Can't wait to see you in Portsmouth. Over the years you have made me laugh uncontrollably, weep openly and think deeply. Here's to the vibe!

Hello - the Student News link was broken but here is the current link to the review: https://thestudentnews.co.uk/2023/08/27/fringe-2023-john-robins-howl/

Howl was the most astonishing and wonderful piece of spoken word I have ever listened to - thank you for your courage

Another masterpiece thoroughly enjoyed thanks Johnny JR. I'm looking forward to seeing you at The Anvil in Basingstoke on Saturday. I missed you at the Fringe sadly but this makes up for it! So happy you're on the road to recovery and you're still just as funny :)

Hi John

Came to the show last night at the Playhouse Norwich ( I’m a steward) and thought the journey you took us on with your personality traits and life journey was so well constructed and executed .. going again for a second night with wife and our two children and partners..share what you bought at the Freddie sale???

Kind regards

Andrew

I didn't realise when I booked 7 months ago that the Bristol one on 15 December is the last of the tour. So glad I got a ticket! I hope you're buoyed up by Christmas coming and an imminent rest after the tour's end. Not tired out and fed up! There's a date in Sep 2024 at Winchester Theatre Royal on the list now, is that a different set of material, charity gig, or what? Seems a bit of an outlier.

Probably not the place to ask this, but... no Oxford show?

That review of your show is absolutely sublime,

I’m now frothing with anticipation to see this show in Notts in November and am already stressing over which Queen or Godspeed! You Black Emperor T-shirt to wear!! (it’s the little pointless stresses that make us who we are, right?)

Hugely jarring/hilarious to hear an American lady speak JJR's words. A joy to receive as always.
